Medical disclaimer, terms and conditions

Forwarddsrpt strongly recommends that you consult your doctor and obtain medical approval before joining any event or program we host or manage. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have been informed of the need for medical approval before taking part.
• You are voluntarily choosing to participate and assume all associated risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other hazards.
• Any information, instruction, or advice from Forwarddsrpt is not a substitute for your doctor’s advice or treatment, and is used at your own risk.
• You certify that you are in good health with no medical condition that would prevent participation.
• In the event of injury or medical emergency, you authorize event officials to seek medical assistance on your behalf.
• You release and discharge Forwarddsrpt, its affiliates, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation before, during, or after any event.

2.1 Communication

Email is our main and only official mode of communication for event dates, reminders, and cancellations. You are responsible for providing your most recent contact details and primary email address, and for checking regularly for notifications.

2.2 Timing changes

Events and programs timing may change due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather. Our team is responsible for informing you by email of any change in advance and rescheduling accordingly.

2.3 No-refund policy

Due to the complex nature of event management, we operate a no-refund policy unless we change the event day or cancel the event. In that case you may request a full refund or a voucher for the outstanding balance.

Note: The voucher is valid for one year, applies to any of Forwarddsrpt’s own programs, and may be used by you, a family member, or a friend.

2.4 Tickets

• Ticket amounts paid cannot be refunded.
• The participant name on a ticket cannot be edited or changed.
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another participant.
• Tickets cannot be reassigned to a different event.
• For running events, the race distance (e.g. 5K, 10K) and the ticket tier/category cannot be changed.

2.5 Age limit and eligibility

Each program has its own age limit. Check the event page to know more details of the race you are planning to join.

2.6 Harassment

Participants must not raise their voice or speak offensively in a way that belittles others. Any verbal or nonverbal harassment will be reported and dealt with immediately, and may result in termination of your membership, ticket, or participation with loss of all benefits and no reimbursement.

2.7 Littering

Forwarddsrpt is strictly against littering. Please keep our environment clean and dispose of your waste safely and responsibly.

2.8 Access to facilities

Participants may access only the specific areas designated for our events. For security, access is granted only upon presentation of a valid Civil ID.

2.9 Participant termination

Forwarddsrpt reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to cancel or suspend any participant with immediate effect for any reason.
